Hooray!  Tomorrow is our 2nd birthday celebration and we couldn’t me more excited!

We’re even more excited to have the artists of Caravan Beads sponsor our market.  If you make jewelry or live in the Lakeview area, you’re already familiar with the AMAZING staff at Caravan. 

Not only are they some of the most helpful, cheerful, and friendly people around- they’re all talented artisans themselves.  They’ll be bringing a selection of their jewelry and body care items to the Elbo Room tomorrow- be sure to say hello!

What else is in store for tomorrow?  Two floors of artisans are bringing their best wares to get you prepared for Fall.  And by prepared for Fall, I mean equipped with fuzzy monsters, sweet artwork, and all manners of treasures beyond just things to keep you toasty or your lips from getting chapped.  Come one, come all- there’s something for everyone!

What’s a party without music?  While you check out all the artisans, be sure to grab a drink and spend some time enjoying our musicians- The Film Society, Steve Gilpin, The Alcoves, and Dan Connolly.

And to sweeten the deal- CUPCAKES.  (I’m sorry, you’re stuck with the pun.)  A birthday just isn’t a birthday without cake.  So, what do you think of our formula?  Great artisans, music, a drink or two, and cupcakes…not too shabby.
