Don’t get the Sunday night blues. We know you’ve got a long week of work ahead of you, but we’ve got the perfect way to unwind Friday night: Craft Bar! The Urban Folk Circuit and Mignonette Bridal are launching a new series of crafty events here in Chicago. Starting on Friday, May 4, (and the first Friday of the months thereafter) we’ll be co-hosting fun, relaxed get-togethers where crafters of every sort can enjoy drinks and refreshments and, of course, make crafts!
Bring what you’re currently working on, comb through our supplies on hand, or take part in the two different workshops we’re offering. This month we’re focusing on upcycled crafts- turning vintage t-shirts and buttons into haute accessories for everyday wear. Try your hand at something new and keep your other hand busy with a glass of sangria, or dessert! For just $5, you can spend your evening chatting, trying out frozen custard and pastries, and making fun new crafts (and friends)!
